Are you worried about not yet collecting enough PDUs to re-certify your PMP?

Kennedy College offers the unique hands on training -- Project Management Workshop. This 4 weeks class will earn you 26 PDUs.

The course will be taught by professionals with years of experience in project management and classes will be a combination of lectures, case analyses, discussions and exercises. Furthermore, students will have ample opportunities to practice sample questions for the examination.

You will learn:
- Plan, build and manage project
- Schedules and budgets project using Microsoft Project
- Plan and assign work as well as material resources
- Track progress, update plans and monitor variances between target and actual� project deliverables
- Develop the leadership skills to build and empower successful project teams
- Monitor and sustain team performance from project concept to completion

If you got your PMP certification in year 2002 or 2003, you are getting close to file your PDU status and recertify your PMP.

In order to satisfy the CCR (Continuing Certification Requirement) Program and maintain an active certificant status individuals who have attained the PMP credential must accrue and report a minimum of 60 professional development units (PDUs) during each 3-year cycle, complete an Application for Certification Renewal and payment of the renewal fee, and reaffirm the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Code of Professional Conduct
